Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping

Our processing time is between 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your items to be handed off for shipping. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. If you'd like an update, feel free to contact us at 806.407.4122.

For large item shipping (i.e. furniture, lamps, mirrors, etc.), please contact us directly at 806.407.4122 for further details. Items in this category will trigger an error at checkout, prompting you to contact us, and we will coordinate the shipping with you directly.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS, USPS, or FedEx once your order leaves our facility. Please note that shipping times can be affected by weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend tracking your shipment directly with the carrier for updates.

 

Physical Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days from the date of receiving your item to bring it back to the shop for an exchange or store credit. We only offer exchanges or store credit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom orders, or food items.

 

Online Returns

All shipped online orders are final sale*. If you’re unsure about an item, feel free to contact us before purchasing, and we’ll gladly provide additional information, pictures, or videos to help you make your decision!

For local pickup items, please refer to the physical return section.

*If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it with your order details and pictures of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue!
