Our processing time is between 2-5 business days for your item/s to be handed off for shipping. You may contact us at any time for an update at 806.407.4122 or 1701juxtaposh@gmail.com.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS or USPS once it leaves our facility.

 

Physical Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to bring it back to the shop. We only offer exchanges or store credit for in-person purchases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or food items.

 

Online Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or food items.

To start a return, log in to the account used for the order here or in the website banner. Navigate to the order you'd like to return, and follow the steps onscreen to request the return. If the reason for the return is damaged goods, please send image/s of the item/s and package/s to 1701juxtaposh@gmail.com. If the return is accepted and requires shipping, we will send you a return shipping label free of charge. If not accepted, we will contact you and proceed from there. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After we receive your return, we will automatically refund you on your original payment method if approved. If the return is not approved, we will notify you and proceed from there. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
